Having worked in the mental health field in several capacities, it became obvious to me that things needed to change. So, I sought to create a comprehensive, quality, mental health practice that actually cares! It’s essential for me that my clients get personalized suggestions on which services I offer that would be the best match for them! Rather than do things the typical way, I’ve created a system designed around my client’s needs. It is important to me that the treatment planning process is collaborative and I am also focused on providing you with quality care from the comfort of your own home!

Individual Therapy
This is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts/emotions/struggles. Typically, we will meet once weekly or twice weekly depending on your needs.

Family Therapy
This session helps a family increase positive communication and learn to address struggles more effectively together. Typically, we meet weekly or bi-weekly for several months, then as needed.

Group Therapy
There will be a DBT skills group for adult women beginning in August. This group will focus on basic DBT skills and will likely be an important extension of the skills being discussed in individual sessions. The group will be 8 weeks in length and will have the option to continue with more a more advanced skills group.

Currently, I am in network with Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare (including Optum and Oscar). I also offer private pay (select sliding scale), but I am able to provide a super-bill for you to submit to your insurance yourself for potential reimbursement! (No guarantee that they will reimburse).
