Meet the Soul Haven Therapy Team.
A little about us…
Owner
Brianna Doran, MS, LMHC and Clinical Director
Hi! My name is Brianna and I am the owner of Soul Haven! I currently hold a Master’s of Science degree in Psychology and am working on my PhD in Developmental Psychology.
Accepting help can be incredibly difficult and very scary; especially when you don't know what you're looking for! I recognize that mental health is complex, and I take a very person-forward approach to help you and/or your family reach healthy goals and feel better! Hi, I’m Brianna! I am a mental health counselor specializing in trauma, eating disorders, borderline personality disorder, and bipolar/other serious mental health issues. Currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology (focusing in women's development)! I especially love working with pre-teen, teen girls, and women!
As a practitioner, I strive to meet you where you're at and create a safe space to explore your hurdles! I pride myself on being a very compassionate, collaborative, and caring therapist! What makes this treatment different is that I focus very closely on your experience and ensuring that we are working towards individualized and personal goals set by you!
I am a firm believer that therapy is what you need it to be, and focus on a strengths-based approach for personal growth! If you are struggling with trauma, an eating disorder, symptoms of borderline personality disorder, or more severe mental health symptoms - I would love to help on the healing journey! Call me today for a free 15-minute consultation!

Zoe Skowronski, LCSW, Outpatient Therapist
I’m a licensed clinical social worker who takes a direct, warm, and authentic approach to therapy. I’m passionate about helping clients overcome challenges such as CPTSD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, OCD, borderline personality disorder, and eating disorders. My focus is on supporting women and young women, offering a safe and compassionate space where clients aged 12 and older feel truly seen and empowered.
I’ve also recently developed a strong interest in working with clients navigating chronic pain and adjusting to life after injuries or disabilities, including conditions like MS or fibromyalgia.
My approach to therapy is deeply client-centered. Every session is tailored to your unique goals and needs, using a combination of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I’m also pursuing certifications in Evergreen C-DBT and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) to further deepen my expertise.
In our work together, I’ll focus on authenticity and collaboration. I address difficult topics directly while maintaining a supportive, nonjudgmental space where growth and healing can happen.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m a proud dog mom to a 5-pound Chihuahua named Bryn and a Disney World enthusiast. Whether you’re navigating trauma, chronic pain, or mood challenges, I’m here to help you find your way forward!

Kristen Hendry, Life Coach and Eating Disorder Recovery Coach
Hi, I’m Kristen! I’m passionate about helping people heal their relationship with food and achieve personal growth. Having been through this journey myself, I understand how overwhelming it can feel—but I also know that recovery is possible.
My own journey with food and body image began when I was running cross country and track in high school and college. Balancing the pressures of competitive sports with my mental and physical health was a constant struggle. Through that experience, I learned how deeply our self-worth is tied to our habits, goals, and well-being. After years of reflecting on my own path and recovery, I knew I wanted to help others going through similar struggles. I understand firsthand the challenges of navigating an eating disorder and the road to healing, and I believe that recovery is about more than just food—it’s about reconnecting with yourself, finding balance, and living in peace.
Recently, I moved to Melbourne after spending much of the year traveling with my husband. Together with our two cats, life feels more peaceful than ever—and that’s what I want to help you create too. Whether you’re just starting recovery or are further along in your journey, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
My approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and focused on creating a plan that feels empowering and achievable for you. You don’t have to go through this alone—let’s work together toward a more peaceful, confident future.

Tracy Michalec, Director of Administrative Practice Operations
This is Tracy Michalec! She is all things administrative for the practice and is the first line of communication when contacting us!
She works very hard to answer any and all client questions relating to new clients seeking help, information about insurance coverage, and scheduling. She is a great asset to the practice and when she isn’t working - you will find her out training for 5K/10K races or snuggled up with her two dogs; Pip and Scout!

Therapy Dog and “Office Mascot”
Monster Mash
This is Monster, the unofficial “Soul Haven mascot” and very sweet therapy dog. Monster was rescued from an animal hoarder as a very young puppy, and has spent his entire life being spoiled by Brianna. Monster is 11 years old, and spends most of his day sleeping! You may occasionally see him pop into a virtual session, and if you choose to be seen in person, Monster is usually wandering around the office! :)
Therapy Dog In Training
Frankenstein (AKA. Frankie)
This is Frankenstein (AKA Frankie) and he is the therapy dog in training so that one day, Monster can retire! Frankie was born in Cocoa, Florida and was too cute, Brianna couldn’t resist adding him to the family! Frankie is a rowdy 1 year old, and spends a lot of his time working on controlling his puppy impulses!
You will almost definitely see him pop into virtual sessions (or hear him squeaking his toys in the background). He is too rambunctious for office visits still - but he is learning! :)
